These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to dealplanetllc.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Deal Planet LLC ("Deal Planet", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the website

You may use the Site to browse our catalog, place orders, and contact our support team. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not in a way that restricts anyone else's use of it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address and contact details; orders delayed by incorrect information are not our responsibility.

2. Abuse prevention

We may refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities where we reasonably believe the Site is being misused. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, probing or scanning our infrastructure, scraping the Site at volume, interfering with other users, submitting fraudulent payment details, abusing our returns process, and reselling in breach of these Terms. We may also take action against abusive conduct toward our staff.

3. Shipping & delivery

We ship within the United States using USPS, typically delivering in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees: once a parcel is with the carrier, its transit time is outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. 4. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Returns must be arranged with us before being sent back. Change-of-mind return shipping is at your cost; we cover it for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. See Shipping & Returns for the full procedure.

5. Payment information

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you submit. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors over an encrypted connection, and we do not store full card numbers on our systems. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the related order.

6. Order cancellation

You may ask us to cancel an order before it enters fulfillment, and we will do so where we can. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process applies instead. We reserve the right to cancel any order — including after it is accepted — for reasons such as a pricing or listing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of our inspecting a returned item, and are issued to the original payment method. The time your bank or card issuer takes to post the credit is set by them, not by us. Where only part of an order is returned, we refund the returned items.

8. Product details and accuracy

We describe our products as accurately as we reasonably can, drawing on manufacturer and supplier information. Even so, specifications, packaging, and product images may change, and colors can appear differently on different screens. Product descriptions are not warranties of performance in your specific setup. Where a listing contains an obvious error in price or description, we may correct it and cancel any affected order on the same basis as a cancellation by us, described above.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and the "Deal Planet" name are the property of Deal Planet LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our prior written permission. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods we sell.

10. External links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, products, or privacy practices, and your dealings with any third party are between you and them.

11. Third-party service providers

We rely on third parties to operate the store — including hosting providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, and email services. Their handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. While we choose our providers carefully, we are not liable for interruptions or failures caused by their systems.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, to protect information transmitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Planet LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to it. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, please contact [email protected] first — most issues are resolved quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be governed by the laws of the State in which Deal Planet LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and both parties agree to bring any claim in the courts of that State. You agree to raise any claim on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

15. Customer support

Our US-based support team is available 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday at [email protected] . Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next business day. Quoting your order number helps us help you faster.

16. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18, and we may cancel an order where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our business, our products, or the law changes. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. The Terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it. Please review this page from time to time; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
