Deal Planet LLC ("Deal Planet", "we", "us") operates dealplanetllc.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the store.

1. Information we collect

• Order information. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, along with the items you bought. We need this to fulfill and ship your order and to contact you about it.
• Payment information. Card details are submitted directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We receive only a confirmation of the outcome and limited identifying details such as the card brand and last four digits. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
• Support correspondence. The content of emails or form messages you send us, so we can answer and keep a record of the conversation.
• Technical information. Standard web-server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps, generated automatically when you visit.
• Cart contents. Items you add to your cart are stored in your own browser (see section 3). They are not transmitted to us until you submit an order.

2. How we use your information

• To process, package, and ship your order, and to send tracking details.
• To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
• To detect and prevent fraud, payment abuse, and misuse of the Site.
• To keep the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to, and any marketing message we do send will include a way to opt out.

3. Cookies and local storage

This Site keeps your shopping cart in your browser's local storage — a small record on your own device holding the product identifiers and quantities you selected. It is not a tracking cookie, it is not shared with third parties, and it is not readable by us until you place an order. Clearing your browser's site data will empty your cart.

Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect how the Site works.

4. Third parties we share information with

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the store, and only to the extent each one needs it:

• Payment processors — to authorize and settle payments.
• Shipping carriers — your name and address, so USPS can deliver your parcel.
• Hosting and email providers — to serve the Site and send order email.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of our customers. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support the order and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for servicing your account.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted internal access, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact [email protected] straight away.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. 8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
